What is MyStorage?

We’re an on demand storage service. We pick up your items, store them safely and deliver them back when you need them. We are the 1st full-service storage facility in Vietnam.

Is MyStorage safe?

You can be sure that your items are safe. The storage rooms are not open to the public and our facility is under 24 hour surveillance. We have cameras, motion detectors, night vision and alarms. We're not taking any chances.

What kind of items can I store?

You can store all kind of items, from documents to clothing to furniture. We can even store your motorbike. But please be aware that there are items we cannot take. Please check prohibited items here.

How much does it cost?

We start as low as VND 399,000/month (excluding VAT). Contact us for an individual quote.

How can I order your storage services?

You can give us a call or send us an e-mail at hello@mystorage.vn. After receiving your order, we’ll come to your place to pick up your belongings and we’ll store them in our clean, secure and air-conditioned facility. We also offer free storage tubs, which we can deliver to you up to a week before your storage begins.

How do I calculate the price?

We calculate our prices by volume (cubic meters). You can either use our space calculator or measure your belongings (height x length x width in cm). If you need assistance, just send us a photograph and we’ll be able to give you an estimate.

Do you have packing materials?

Yes, we offer regular cardboard boxes, dish boxes, wardrobe boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc. We even have free plastic boxes to use during your storage period.

How do I get my items back?

If you want your items delivered back, you simply call, send us an e-mail or message and make a request. We will then send a driver to your address.

Can I come and visit the warehouse?

Certainly. Our facility is conveniently located in District 2. You can come during our office hours and our team will be happy to welcome you.

Are my belongings insured?

MyStorage offers free basic protection plus optional increased coverage depending on your needs. More information can be found here: Protection plans

How can I pay?

You can pay with cash, bank transfer, Paypal or credit card at pick up or online. Payment is due monthly in advance.

How can I access my stored items?

You are welcome to visit our facility at any time and we can assist you to retrieve individual items. Access to our storage areas is only permitted when accompanied by one of our trusted staff members. If you have booked a private VIP room/locker, you are welcome to access at any time.

Can you do partial returns?

We are happy to return some of your items only. Please ensure that you label your belongings carefully, which will assist us in identifying what you need. Partial returns are charged VND 250,000.

Do you offer an emergency pick-up/drop-off service?

Of course we do. Just give us a call and we’ll take care of the rest. Please note that we may be booked with other deliveries at that time, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

YES! We offer price guarantee so you never have to worry. Please just write us at hello@mystorage.vn if you have received a cheaper offer anywhere else in town and we will happily match it or even offer a lower rate.
